The location is excellent and you get a budget style hotel.
We loved that it was a short walk to Kuta Square through a back alley way. It was very quiet place to stay and the staff were relaxed and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very basic but sufficient.
The bed was way too soft for us to get a good nights sleep.

Good location and good value hotel!
Location of the hotel is very central to kuta and close to the airport. Street is also quiet, so we did not much outside noise. Room size was was big. Hotel reception is 24 hours, so late check-in was easy. Hotel staff very friendly. Got complimentary hotel drop-off for some of the problems listed below.
Our room AC was bad, lacks chilling and needs replacement. It was hard to explain this to hotel maintenance, who tried and eventually failed to fix it. Ended up using the pedestal fan the whole time we stayed here. Hotel breakfast is good, but as vegetarians, we used to get only fired noodles/ rice. So not a great deal of veggie options. Room cleaning service average to good.

The buffet breakfast was nice!
The buffet breakfast was nice! The hotel was everything I needed for my trip, the room had good amenities. Overall a very nice experience.
Our room was right next to the pool and breakfast area and I started hearing music already early in the morning.
